In February 2013 New Jersey passed a law allowing licensed Atlantic City casinos to offer their casino and poker games online, and later in May 2018 online sports-betting was made legal in NJ. The Total pre-opening cost the casino was $45.2 million. In 1978 New Jersey became just the second U.S state with a casino following the opening of Resorts International casino in Atlantic City.
