When I got to the room it was not an Ocean view but instead, it was a view of the bay. I booked a Havana Ocean View Executive Room/King/Non-Smoking. This hotel was horrible from check-in to check-out. Tropicana AC must be giving people incentives to leave 5-star reviews on here and YOUTUBE because this hotel is disgusting.
